Yes, completely free. No delivery fee, no pickup fee, no hidden charges. The per-pound price is all you pay.

The $30 minimum applies to all services: wash & fold, dry cleaning, and bulky items. If your total is under $30 it is adjusted up to $30. If your total is $30 or more, you only pay your actual total. For example, 1 comforter at $19 → you pay $30. A comforter and a blanket at $34 → you pay $34.

Yes. Just place your dry cleaning in a separate bag from your wash & fold items. Our driver will pick up both bags at the same time.

There is a small price difference. Unscented Wash is $1.99/lb and Air Dry Wash is $2.29/lb, compared to $1.89/lb for Pro Wash. Pickup and delivery remain free on all options.

Yes. Every wash is 30 cents per pound cheaper when you drop off at any of our three 24/7 stores, and the in-store minimum is only $20. We also offer Save Wash, an in-store-only option at $1.49/lb where all items are washed together.

After we send you the price confirmation and you approve it, payment is collected at delivery or through the app. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card.

Yes. Regular laundry and bulky items can be picked up together. The $30 minimum applies to your combined total.
