Mobile App
This Privacy Policy also applies to the Neatly app for iOS and Android (the "App"). The App lets you book laundry pickup and delivery, track orders, and pay for services. When you use the App we may collect:
- Account Information: Name, phone number, email address, and the pickup and delivery addresses you save.
- Order Information: The services you book, pickup windows, order notes and preferences, and your order history.
- Payment Information: Payment details you enter at checkout. Payments are processed by CleanCloud and its payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Device & Usage Information: Device type, operating system, app version, and how you use the App, so we can keep it working and improve it.
- Notifications: If you allow push notifications, a device token so we can send order updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.
Booking and payment processor. The App and our online booking are built on CleanCloud, the software we use to manage orders, customer accounts, and payments. CleanCloud processes this information on our behalf to provide the service and handles it under its own privacy policy. We do not sell the information collected through the App.
Your choices. You can review or update your account details inside the App, and you can ask us to delete your account and personal information by calling 718-667-6667 or using our contact page.
